Temp. Range : 5 º C to 60 º C Accuracy : ± 0.1ºC to ± 0.5ºC

Applications
These equipments are primarily designed to meet the requirements of Biochemical Oxygen Demand tests, it can also be used in applications like incubation serum studies, study of enzymatic digestion processes, tissue culture, preservation of vacancies, long term sample storage, fruit fly, immunological works etc.

Triple walled, exterior of CRCA/GI non-contaminant epoxy powder coated & interior of AISI S.S. 304 with PUF / Glasswool insulation. An inner full view acrylic door & outer double walled metal door with PUF/ Glass wool insulation magnetic catch & lock

Circulation
Forced air circulation to ensure uniform temp

Heaters
S.S. 'U' type tubular nichrome wire heater with S.S. sheathing

Refrigeration System
CFC Free hermetically sealed compressor provides temperatures for below ambient condition

Temp. Control
A solid state Digital controller housing all the controls with PT-100 sensors.

Interior Illumination
Flourescent lights are provided for viewing with door limit switch.

Optional
For increased utility in Bacteriology, Biology, Virology, Oceanography, Water Pollution, Sewage, Agriculture, Food research, Physiology, Immunology, Radiobiology & Allied Laboratories, this incubator can be provided with following features at extra cost. Flourescent interior illumination with Cyclic system, shaking platform for flasks & glassware with speed controller, Temp & Humidity system, carbon dioxide + air mixture injection inlet.. GMP models / Complete S. S unit, Microprocessor based PID temp. Controller with printer interface (Centronic Port) PC interface with RS 232 CPC / RS-485 for multiple networking of controller. Profile controller for Ramp / Soak for cyclic applications etc.

Safety Features
Built-in temp. deviation audio visual alarm. Safety thermostat for over shoot temp. cut off safety circuit to cut off the whole system in case of malfunction (Only applicable in microprocessor based models) HRC fuses for compressor heaters & mains, time delay circuit for safety of compressor etc.

A suitable K. V. A. Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer is strongly recommended
