Humidity Test Chamber / Environmental Test Chamber

Temp Range : 10°C above ambient to 60°C /10 °C to 60 °C /
-10°C to 60°C, Accuracy : ± 0.2 °C
Humidity Range : 40% to 98 % RH Accuracy :  ±  3 % R.H

Application :
These equipments are used for climatic & durability tests of electrical & electronic components, corrosion test on mechanical assemblies, tests on packages, paints & varnishes, cement plants, apparatus & materials for simulated tropical & extreme tropical conditions & for botanical & zoological investigations, testing of chemicals, drugs, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medicine, capsules etc.


Construction :
Double walled, the exterior is made of CRCA with non-contaminant epoxy powder coated & interior is made of AISI S.S 304 with PUF/Glasswool insulation, double walled door with PUF/Glasswool insulation.
 

Air Circulation :
Forced air circulation to ensure uniform temp.

Heating & Humidification :
Air heaters are provided for heating above ambient temperatures. A water boiler with reservoir & float valve produces steam for humidifying the chamber.

Refrigeration System :
A hermetically seated compressor with CFC Free refrigerant provides temperatures below ambient conditions.

Temp. Control :
A Solid State Temp. control with panels housing all the controls & PT-100 Sensors are used as wet & dry bulbs.

Optional :
Model Available as per GMP / complete S. S unit & direct Temp.& RH°. readout, strip chart recorder, Microprocessor based
PID temp. Control with printer interface (Centronic Port). PC interface with RS232CPC / RS-485 interface for multiple networking of controller. µP Profile Controller for Ramp / soak for cyclic applications chamber illumination with fluorescent or U. V lamps.

DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ  Protocols with complete documentation & certification traceable to National & International Standards.

Safety Features :
Built-in temp. deviation, audio/ visual alarms.
Safety thermostat for over shooting of temp. Safety circuit to cut off the whole systems in case of malfunction. (Only applicable to Microprocessor based models). HRC fuses for compressor heaters & mains.

Special Care :
Suitable K.V.A. Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer is strongly recommended.
