Application:
Vacuum Ovens are specially designed to suit various I. S
& A. S T. M Standards, it is applied in the fields of Medical,
Agricultural, Industrial & Research Laboratories
Fabrication :
Fabricated on heavy angular structure with Inner AISI S. S 304 & Outer
CRCA / M. S non-contaminant epoxy powder coated with glass wool
insulation.
It is provided with a double walled door with a toughened glass window
of Aluminium / M. S plates fitted with silicon gasket. These Ovens are
fitted with a bourdon type vacuum gauge & vacuum cock is fitted on the
right side for application involving the use of an inert gas, a gas
inlet is provided.

Heaters :
Special S. S heaters are clamped on outside & it operates at low
heat.
Temp. Control :
Digital temp. controller with PT - 100 Sensor.
Optional :
Microprocessor based PID temp. controller with Printer interface
facility, timer & safety thermostat, stainless steel plate door also
available in GMP models. Validation as per IQ OQ PQ & DQ Protocols.
